1. Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations, including invoicing, shipments, and reverse logistics.
2. Track shipment deliveries and coordinate with freight forwarders and warehouses for accurate goods receiving.
3. Handle CITES and HSA applications and maintain proper filing of inventory-related documents.
4. Support stores with repairs and spare parts incoming shipments.
5. Prepare invoices for exports, stock returns, and coordinate with HQ/RHQ for invoices, credit notes issuance, and stock adjustments.
6. Administer the Point-of-Sales system, ensuring accurate stock movement transactions and training teams accordingly.
7. Establish effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
8. Optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
9. Provide regular updates on logistics scoreboard and KPIs.
10. Adhere to logistics processes according to internal controls and SOPs, supporting process improvement initiatives.
11. Conduct monthly reviews with warehouses for KPI improvements.
12. Reconcile stock movements and manage stock transfers, product recalls, and end-of-season products.
13. Oversee air freight logistics operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and maintaining strong relationships with logistics partners.

1. Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, and supply chain management.

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
3. Experience in a customer-centric environment.
4. Proficiency in MS Excel; Power BI experience is advantageous.
5. Effective time management and organizational skills.

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, and supply chain management.

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
