Fashion Group Learning & Development Lead

- Manage the implementation and delivery of Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives across the Fashion Group UK Division, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global L&D strategies.
- Oversee the development and delivery of comprehensive L&D projects, from initial research to execution and evaluation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the successful design and delivery of L&D programs.
- Drive the development and execution of L&D-related employee communications to promote engagement and participation.
- Establish and manage the local L&D calendar in collaboration with the HR Director, overseeing the tracking of spend against the Training Budget and contributing to annual Budget plans and revisions.
- Facilitate training sessions and develop Train-the-Trainer programs for the HR team and internal managers to build internal capabilities.
- Continuously improve overall training processes by tracking attendance, gathering feedback, and implementing data-driven enhancements.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of L&D initiatives and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Oversee the onboarding process, including the delivery of FG Induction, Living LVMH, and LVMH Discovery programs.
- Ensure correct invoice management across the L&D function for the different Maisons.
- Proven experience (5+ years) within Learning & Development, with a strong track record of project management and implementation.
- Experience working in fashion/retail is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solution-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptability and the ability to tailor L&D solutions to meet the diverse needs of different profiles and backgrounds.
- Proactive and results-oriented, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment that demands flexibility and innovation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Learning & Development, with a strong track record of project management and implementation.
