Fashion Group HR Advisor

- Provide comprehensive HR generalist services and support across the UK and Europe for luxury retail operations.
- Act as an advocate for both the company and employees, ensuring alignment with brand needs and legal requirements.
- Develop effective working relationships with the brand’s retail population, ensuring effective communication and early identification of HR priorities.
- Maintain full knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, ensuring legislative changes are reflected in company policies and literature.
- Provide professional HR advice and support on a range of HR and employee relations issues.
- Manage recruitment processes for sales teams in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Oversee the preparation and issuance of contractual documentation for appointments, terminations, and employment variations.
- Recommend development and training needs within the maisons, coaching retail employees on career development and succession planning.
- Collaborate with the Payroll Specialist to prepare payroll and management information reports.
- Participate in the annual budgeting process and biannual reforecasting for the retail portfolio.
- Engage in performance and career review processes, as well as individual compensation reviews.
- Drive projects to continuously improve the HR function across fashion group brands.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage recruitment processes effectively.
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing management information reports.
- Capability to coach and advise on career development and succession planning.
- Project management skills to drive HR function improvements.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role within the luxury retail sector is required.
