1. Lead and inspire the store team to achieve maximum profitability and productivity.
2. Implement and communicate policies, operational standards, and procedures, proposing improvements where necessary.
3. Monitor and manage store expenses, partnering with Finance to review and act on monthly P&L statements.
4. Ensure health and safety management in collaboration with Store Support.
5. Supervise loss asset protection and risk management, controlling stock loss within budget and conducting effective stock audits.
6. Train the team on company systems related to point of sale, cash handling, and stock loss control.
7. Develop the sales team to deliver the Moynat experience to every client, providing consistent coaching and identifying training needs.
8. Identify, recruit, and develop talent, working with HR to secure succession plans.
9. Create a positive work environment, empowering the team and encouraging innovative solutions.
10. Participate in recruitment, training, evaluation, motivation, and development of staff.
11. Network with Moynat and LVMH colleagues to share best practices.

1. Extensive boutique management experience in the luxury goods sector.
2. Existing international clientele network.
3. Experience in managing VIP client events.
4. Fluency in a second language (preferred).
5. Master's degree desirable.

1. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Outstanding customer service and commercial creativity.
3. Strong knowledge of fashion, trends, and specifically RTW product division.
4. Keen interest in culture and art.

Minimum of 3 years in boutique management within the luxury goods sector.

Master's degree desirable.
