1. Lead and inspire the store team to achieve maximum profitability and productivity.
2. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and procedures while proposing improvements.
3. Monitor and manage store expenses, collaborating with Finance on monthly P&L reviews.
4. Oversee health and safety management in partnership with Store Support.
5. Supervise asset protection and risk management, controlling stock loss within budget.
6. Train the team on company systems related to point of sale, cash handling, and stock loss control.
7. Develop the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences, providing coaching and identifying training needs.
8. Recruit and develop talent, working with HR to ensure succession planning.
9. Foster a positive work environment, empowering the team and encouraging innovative solutions.
10. Network with Moynat and LVMH colleagues to share best practices.

1. Extensive boutique management experience in the luxury goods sector.
2. Existing international clientele network.
3. Experience in managing VIP client events.

1. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Outstanding customer service and commercial creativity.
3. Strong knowledge of fashion trends and RTW product division.
4. Fluency in a second language is preferred.

Minimum of 3 years in boutique management within the luxury sector.

Master's Degree desirable.
