LVMH Client Development Manager

- Identify opportunities to enhance clienteling performance and implement strategic action plans.
- Develop and execute the annual Clienteling strategy for Mainland China in alignment with global objectives.
- Ensure consistency in Clienteling training plans based on performance KPIs.
- Develop guidelines and communication for client activations and implement actions at the retail store level.
- Oversee client activation targeting and support retail stores in formulating in-store events.
- Coordinate asset production between the Image team and the global team.
- Track ROI of client activations and ensure comprehensive reporting.
- Organize client experiences during shows in coordination with concierge services.
- Manage budget and invoicing for client-related activities.
- Ensure consistency in gift orders, targeting, and ROI in line with HQ and local event strategies.
- Support retail stores in specific gifting matters.
- Provide training and coaching to retail teams to enhance their Clienteling skills.
- Share ideas and support tools with retail teams to develop a Clienteling mindset.
- Monitor all Clienteling actions to assess ROI and impact on client development.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in client development or a related field within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong strategic planning and implementation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in client relationship management.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Analytical skills to track and report ROI.
