- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand image and instilling passion and pride for RIMOWA.
- Maintain exemplary store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Deliver world-class customer service to enhance the client experience.
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Educate clients about the brand and assist them in selecting suitable products.
- Process sales transactions professionally while maintaining client rapport.
- Gather and manage client CRM details for personalized follow-up.
- Stay informed about market trends and product knowledge.
- Support stock management in line with company policies.
- Assist with special client requests, including repairs and returns.

- Understanding of Retail KPIs.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.

- Knowledge of market trends and retail industry.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
