Fashion Group Assistant IS Project Manager

- Manage and oversee existing finance systems and integrations to ensure optimal performance.
- Define the roadmap for finance and accounting domain applications and solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert in the financial domain to provide and manage application support.
- Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams in Asia to identify and propose solutions to enhance business efficiency.
- Manage the domain budget and prioritize funds based on departmental goals.
- Provide leadership and coaching to a team of specialists.
- Develop metrics, analytics, and dashboards for performance tracking and reporting.
- Promote user adoption of current projects and facilitate solution ownership.
- Gather, validate, and document business requirements.
- Lead the execution of finance and accounting solutions, including ERP D365 F&O and other systems.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by understanding their needs and providing realistic project scopes.
- Analyze and recommend changes to finance domain applications to meet organizational needs.
- Research and recommend innovative approaches for system administration tasks.
- Collaborate on projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring adherence to budget and deadlines.
- Create project plans with clearly defined requirements and objectives.
- Ensure projects align with governance, controls, and best practices.
- Leverage existing solutions or propose new technologies to benefit business operations.
- Mentor team members in project management and related processes.
- Organize digital events to raise awareness and inspire key players.
- University Degree in Information Systems or related disciplines; finance background is a plus.
- Certified Project Manager preferred, though relevant experience may suffice.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IS/IT, including at least 5 years in project management.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to lead and cooperate.
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
- Experience with Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations, Atlas, PowerBI, PowerApps, Anaplan, MuleSoft.
- Exposure to SAP is an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years in project management within the IS/IT domain.
University Degree in Information Systems or related disciplines.
