1. Lead and inspire the store team, embodying the brand's image and values.
2. Conduct morning briefings, set objectives, and provide training and coaching in collaboration with the Boutique Manager.
3. Foster a team spirit, motivating staff to enhance sales and operational efficiency.
4. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
5. Oversee store operations, including financial reconciliations and reporting to the UK Finance Team and Head Office.
6. Accurately manage weekly cash banking.
7. Evaluate Sales Consultants' performance, offering feedback to drive results.
8. Monitor and communicate sales targets and KPIs.
9. Minimize stock loss through regular inventories and maintain stockroom standards.
10. Develop personal and team sales techniques to maximize sales.
11. Maintain and implement visual guidelines, ensuring store standards reflect the brand image.
12. Enhance customer service standards to deliver world-class service.
13. Build and maintain relationships with clients to develop a loyal clientele.
14. Address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
15. Motivate and develop Sales Associates in clienteling and customer service.

1. Experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Proven ability to manage people effectively.
3. Relevant experience in Leather Goods or Accessories.

3. Understanding of retail KPIs.
4. Commercial acumen and customer service passion.

Minimum of 5 years in a luxury retail environment with managerial responsibilities.
