1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
2. Prepare and review ledger accounting data.
3. Maintain the general ledger system and prepare monthly financial statements.
4. Provide accurate data and recommendations to the controlling team and CFO.
5. Ensure all accounting processes align with IFRS and local financial legislation.
6. Complete major projects, month-end, and year-end reports accurately and on time.
7. Coordinate and complete annual audits.
8. Improve processes and initiate corrective actions.
9. Uniformize processes between all brands at the local level.
10. Report the P&L and BS to headquarters.
11. Facilitate and manage the preparation of all company tax forms.
12. Ensure accurate, timely filing of all tax forms.
13. Plan and develop the overall filing calendar.
14. Maintain control procedures over all aspects of the tax process.
15. Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments.
16. Assist with the new income tax implementation.
17. Provide support for internal audits and special tax-related projects.
18. Assist the controlling team with compliance requirements.
19. Ensure a robust control environment in line with Group standards and policies.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in management and accounting, ideally within the retail business.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a team in a similar position.

1. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
2. Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.
3. Proficiency with bookkeeping software and MS Office.
4. High level of efficiency and accuracy.
5. Attention to detail and ability to analyze large amounts of data.
6. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Minimum of 10 years in management and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
