1. Develop and implement comprehensive safety and security policies and procedures.
2. Oversee daily operations of the safety and security team to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
3. Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
4. Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
5. Manage security systems and technology to enhance operational efficiency.
6. Train and supervise security personnel, ensuring adherence to best practices.
7. Prepare and present reports on security incidents and improvements.

1. Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
2. Certification in security management or occupational safety is preferred.
3. Proven experience in a managerial role within safety and security operations.
