1. Develop new tests, methods, and tools for mechanical, electronic, and digital testing laboratories.
2. Analyze and optimize existing testing procedures and tools.
3. Implement and ensure preventive maintenance of laboratory tools.
4. Assist in the maintenance of laboratory IT systems, including updates and troubleshooting.
5. Analyze and evaluate tests for special products, such as unique or smart watch movements.
6. Provide technical and administrative leadership for projects related to the testing department.

1. Degree in engineering (FH) or equivalent qualification.
2. Ability to understand, analyze, and provide solutions to customer requests.
3. Strong analytical skills, systemic thinking, and solution-oriented mindset.
4. Conscientiousness, independence, and flexibility.

1. Adaptability and communication skills in a laboratory environment.
2. Proficiency in German or French with good oral communication skills in the other language.

Ongoing or completed education in microtechnology, mechanics, electronics, or an equivalent field.

Degree in engineering (FH) or equivalent qualification.
