1. Plan and coordinate procurement processes for manufacturing parts and mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical standard components for new single machines and assembly lines.
2. Monitor deadlines and non-conformities.
3. Conduct request for quotations, compare offers, and strategically select preferred suppliers.
4. Oversee and evaluate current suppliers.
5. Identify and assess new suppliers.
6. Perform benchmarking related to suppliers.
7. Conduct post-calculations to update the actual costs of assembled modules.
8. Maintain administrative data for articles and purchasing data in SAP.
9. Create and monitor internal purchase requests.
10. Execute various administrative and operational tasks for the Automation department.

1. Training as a polymechanic, mechanical engineer, or mechanical draftsman, or commercial training with a strong technical or procurement focus.
2. Ideally, postgraduate studies or extensive experience in supplier management and procurement of machine parts.

1. Experience in automation, assembly lines, or special machine construction.
2. Proficiency in business management tools (SAP) and procurement processes.
3. Proficiency in standard office programs.
4. Responsibility and initiative.
5. Logical thinking and strong visualization skills.
6. Ability to handle pressure.
7. Strong communication skills.

Experience in automation, assembly lines, or special machine construction is required.
