ETA Procurement Specialist in Automation

- Plan and coordinate procurement processes for manufacturing parts and mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical standard components for new single machines and assembly lines.
- Monitor deadlines and non-conformities.
- Conduct request for quotations, compare offers, and strategically select preferred suppliers.
- Oversee and evaluate current suppliers.
- Identify and assess new suppliers.
- Perform benchmarking related to suppliers.
- Conduct post-calculations to update the actual costs of assembled modules.
- Maintain administrative data for articles and purchasing data in SAP.
- Create and monitor internal purchase requests.
- Execute various administrative and operational tasks for the Automation department.
- Training as a polymechanic, mechanical engineer, or mechanical draftsman, or commercial training with a strong technical or procurement focus.
- Ideally, postgraduate studies or extensive experience in supplier management and procurement of machine parts.
- Experience in automation, assembly lines, or special machine construction.
- Proficiency in business management tools (SAP) and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in standard office programs.
- Responsibility and initiative.
- Logical thinking and strong visualization skills.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Strong communication skills.
