ETA Procurement Specialist in Automation

1. Plan and coordinate procurement processes for manufacturing parts and mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical standard components for new machines and assembly lines.
2. Monitor deadlines and non-conformities.
3. Conduct request for quotations, compare offers, and strategically select preferred suppliers.
4. Monitor and evaluate current suppliers.
5. Search for and evaluate new suppliers.
6. Conduct benchmarking of suppliers.
7. Perform recalculations to update the actual costs of assembled components.
8. Maintain administrative data for articles and purchasing data in SAP.
9. Create and monitor internal purchase requests.
10. Perform various administrative and operational tasks for the Automation department.

1. Experience in automation, assembly lines, or special machine construction.
2. Good knowledge of business tools (SAP) and procurement processes.
3. Proficiency in common office programs.
4. Responsibility and initiative.
5. Logical thinking and good visualization skills.
6. Ability to handle pressure.
7. Good communication skills.

Experience in automation, assembly lines, or special machine construction is required.

Training as a polymechanic, mechanical engineer, or draftsman, or commercial training with a strong technical or procurement focus. Ideally, a postgraduate degree or significant experience in supplier management and machine parts procurement.
