1. Define appropriate measurement methods to ensure the highest measurement reliability.
2. Conduct measurements on components, analyze results, and provide feedback to quality technicians.
3. Determine suitable measurement setups and ensure the integration of measurement tools into production.
4. Monitor calibrations and update the database accordingly.
5. Support the execution of capabilities (MSA).
6. Master GD&T dimensioning.
7. Train and support staff in the use of measuring devices.
8. Assist with FSTR dossiers.
9. Create and standardize measurement programs for Keyence, Hexagon, and Vertex.
10. Develop operating instructions for measuring devices.
11. Manage multiple continuous improvement projects.

1. Basic technical training (Polymechanic EFZ or equivalent) with experience in CNC metrology.
2. Further education as a Quality Technician TQ1 is ideal.

Experience in CNC metrology and technical training in a relevant field.

Basic technical training (Polymechanic EFZ or equivalent).
