ETA Metrology Specialist
ETA SA Manufacture Horlogère Suisse, a distinguished member of the Swatch Group, stands as a beacon of excellence in the production of Swiss-Made watches, movements, and components. The Bettlach facility, located in the canton of Solothurn, is a hub for cutting-edge plastic technology production within the Swatch business unit, crafting diverse components for the group's attractive product range.
- Define appropriate measurement methods to ensure the highest measurement reliability.
- Conduct measurements on components, analyze results, and provide feedback to quality technicians.
- Determine suitable measurement setups and ensure the integration of measurement tools into production.
- Monitor calibrations and update the database accordingly.
- Support the execution of capabilities (MSA).
- Master GD&T dimensioning.
- Train and support staff in the use of measuring devices.
- Assist with FSTR dossiers.
- Create and standardize measurement programs for Keyence, Hexagon, and Vertex.
- Develop operating instructions for measuring devices.
- Manage multiple continuous improvement projects.
- Basic technical training (Polymechanic EFZ or equivalent) with experience in CNC metrology.
- Further education as a Quality Technician TQ1 is ideal.
- Analytical and results-oriented work approach.
- Strong assertiveness and patience.
- Good stress resistance.
- Knowledge of industrial production.
- Openness and effective collaboration with colleagues.
Experience in CNC metrology and technical training in a relevant field.
Basic technical training (Polymechanic EFZ or equivalent).
