ETA Metrology Specialist

1. Define appropriate measurement methods to ensure the highest measurement reliability.
2. Conduct measurements on components, analyze results, and provide feedback to quality technicians.
3. Define measurement methods and establish suitable measurement setups.
4. Ensure the integration of measurement tools into production.
5. Follow up on calibrations and update the database.
6. Support in conducting capabilities (MSA).
7. Master GD&T dimensioning.
8. Train and support employees on measuring devices.
9. Support in FSTR dossiers.
10. Create and standardize measurement programs for Keyence, Hexagon, and Vertex.
11. Create operating instructions for measuring devices.
12. Manage multiple projects for continuous improvement.

1. Technical background education (Polymechanic EFZ or equivalent) with experience in CNC metrology.
2. Further education as a Quality Technician TQ1 is ideal.
