1. Oversee 3D measuring machines in the measurement center and production areas within modern CNC manufacturing of watch components.
2. Ensure the advancement of the metrology team through expert knowledge.
3. Act as a liaison with central entities like the Metrology Competence Center (MCC) and participate in or lead cross-factory projects.
4. Define and optimize 3D CMM measurement strategies.
5. Implement and contribute to standards and directives in metrology.
6. Install and train on systems such as HMI and Converter.
7. Develop measurement programs for 3D coordinate measuring machines (optical/tactile).
8. Plan and conduct Measurement System Analyses (MSA).
9. Introduce new metrology technologies and methods.
10. Conduct metrology training sessions.
11. Provide support for resolving metrology-related issues.

1. Degree in engineering or a diploma as a Technician HF with extensive experience in metrology.
2. Experience in programming 3D coordinate measuring machines (PC-DMIS) and independent operation of measuring machines.
3. Further education in metrology (AUCOM, CM Train) is advantageous.

4. Excellent communication skills and high commitment.

Several years of experience in metrology, with a focus on 3D coordinate measuring machines.

Degree in engineering or Technician HF diploma.
