- Oversee 3D measurement machines in the measurement center and production within modern CNC manufacturing of watch components.
- Ensure the advancement of the metrology team with expert knowledge.
- Act as a liaison with central entities such as the Metrology Competence Center (MCC) and participate in or lead cross-factory projects.
- Define and optimize 3D CMM measurement strategies.
- Implement and contribute to standards and directives in metrology.
- Install and train on systems such as HMI and converters.
- Develop measurement programs for 3D coordinate measuring machines (optical/tactile).
- Plan and conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
- Introduce new metrology technologies and methods.
- Conduct metrology training sessions.
- Provide support for resolving metrology-related issues.
- Mechanical training as a polymechanic with a degree as a technician HF or an engineering degree.
- Experience in programming 3D CMM machines using PC DMIS software.
- Ability to independently operate a measuring machine.
- Further training in metrology (AUCOM, CM Train) is advantageous.
- Precision and independence in work.
- Familiarity with IT applications (Microsoft Office, CAQ, SAP, QSYS).
- Strong team and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and high commitment.
Experience in programming and operating 3D CMM machines is required.
Degree as a technician HF or an engineering degree.
