Internal Communications Specialist

ETA SA Manufacture Horlogère Suisse is a part of the Swatch Group, the largest watchmaking group in the world, known for its Swiss Made watches, movements, and components. 1. Manage the creation, writing, and scheduling of the company journal 'Pause Café' in three languages, published twice a year.
2. Write and publish news in German on the intranet following Corporate Language Guidelines.
3. Collaborate with ETA Content Managers and IT services to update the intranet.
4. Maintain and develop various communication channels such as the intranet, bulletin boards, digital signage, newsletters, and ETA Hub.
5. Identify specific internal communication needs to support internal partners like management and HR.
6. Collaborate in designing and organizing internal events for management and staff.
7. Manage daily internal communication email inboxes.
8. Oversee various projects with internal or external service providers.
9. Cover for the corporate translation coordinator during absences.

1. Higher education in communication.
2. Experience in a similar role.
3. Excellent writing skills.
4. Fluent in German, both written and spoken, with good knowledge of French.
