1. Manage the creation, writing, and scheduling of the company magazine 'Pause Café' in three languages, published biannually.
2. Oversee the drafting and publication of German-language news on the intranet, adhering to Corporate Language Guidelines.
3. Collaborate with ETA Content Managers and IT services to update the intranet.
4. Maintain, develop, and animate various communication channels such as the intranet, bulletin boards, digital signage, newsletters, and the ETA Hub.
5. Identify specific internal communication needs to support internal partners including General Management, Human Resources, and management teams.
6. Assist in the design and organization of internal events for management and employees, such as forums, group leader days, and jubilee celebrations.
7. Manage daily operations of internal communication mailboxes.
8. Oversee and manage various projects with internal or external service providers.
9. Provide backup for the corporate translation coordinator during absences.

1. Advanced education in communication.
2. Proven experience in a similar role.
3. Excellent writing skills.
4. Fluency in written and spoken German, with good knowledge of French.

Proven experience in a similar communication role is required.
