Internal Communications Specialist

ETA SA Manufacture Horlogère Suisse is a part of the Swatch Group, the world's largest watchmaking group, known for its 17 prestigious brands and numerous specialized production companies. The company is renowned for producing Swiss-Made watches, movements, and components. The Product & Communication department is integral to the company and collaborates closely with Swatch Group brands and production companies, focusing on marketing and communication.

1. Manage the planning and creation of the company magazine 'Pause Café', published biannually in three languages, including writing German articles.
2. Oversee the writing and publication of German-language intranet communications according to corporate language guidelines.
3. Update intranet content (SharePoint, Modern Experience, and SharePoint Online) in collaboration with content managers and the IT department.
4. Operate, maintain, and develop communication channels such as intranet, display boards, digital signage, newsletters, and the ETA Hub.
5. Identify specific internal communication needs to support internal partners like general management, HR, and management.
6. Assist in the conception and organization of internal events for management or employees, such as forums, group meetings, or anniversary celebrations.
7. Handle daily tasks of various mailboxes within the internal communications department.
8. Manage and follow up on projects with internal and external partners.
9. Act as a deputy for the translation manager during absences.

1. Higher education in communication.
2. Proven experience in a similar position.
