ETA's Product & Communication department is integral to the company and collaborates closely with Swatch Group brands and production entities, focusing on marketing and communication initiatives.

1. Manage the planning and creation of the company magazine 'Pause Café,' published biannually in three languages, and oversee the writing of German-language articles.
2. Administer the editorial process and publication of German-language intranet communications in accordance with corporate language guidelines.
3. Update intranet content (SharePoint, Modern Experience, and SharePoint Online) in collaboration with content managers and the IT department.
4. Operate, maintain, and develop communication channels such as intranet, display boards, digital signage, newsletters, and the ETA Hub.
5. Identify specific internal communication needs to support internal partners, including general management, HR, and management teams.
6. Assist in the conception and organization of internal events for management and employees, such as leadership forums, group meetings, and anniversary celebrations.
7. Handle daily operations of the internal communications department's various mailboxes.
8. Oversee and follow up on projects with internal and external partners.
9. Act as a deputy for the Translation Manager during absences.

1. Advanced education in communication.
2. Proven experience in a similar role.

1. Exceptional writing skills with proficiency in German language, both written and spoken.
2. Strong command of the French language.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong analytical abilities, empathy, and team spirit.
4. Proficient in project management and creative problem-solving.
5. Competent in IT tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, and Office SharePoint.

Proven experience in a similar communication role is required.

Advanced education in communication is required.
