The Product & Communication department is integral to the company, working closely with Swatch Group brands to enhance marketing and communication strategies.

1. Manage the planning and creation of the company magazine 'Pause Café', published biannually in three languages, including editing German-language articles.
2. Oversee the editing and publication of German-language intranet communications in accordance with corporate language guidelines.
3. Update intranet content (SharePoint, Modern Experience, and SharePoint Online) in collaboration with content managers and the IT department.
4. Operate, maintain, and develop communication channels such as intranet, display boards, digital signage, newsletters, and the ETA Hub.
5. Identify specific internal communication needs to support internal partners such as the general management, HR department, and management.
6. Assist in the conception and organization of internal events for management and employees, such as forums, group meetings, and anniversary celebrations.
7. Handle daily correspondence for the internal communications department.
8. Manage and follow up on projects with internal and external partners.
9. Act as deputy for the Translation Manager during absences.

1. Advanced education in communication.
2. Proven experience in a similar position.

1. Exceptional writing skills with proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
2. Good command of French.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong analytical abilities.
4. Empathy and team spirit.
5. Proficiency in project management.
6. Creativity in developing solutions.
7. Proficiency in IT tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, and Office SharePoint.

Proven experience in a similar communication role is required.

Advanced education in communication is required.
