1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in internal communications or a similar role.

4. Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
5. Fluency in German and English.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in internal communications or a related field is required.
