1. Lead production flow topics, layout planning, and line balancing to shape the future of the workshop.
2. Consolidate the organization's lean culture to meet future quality, timeline, and cost challenges.
3. Collaborate with the management team to enhance production processes.

1. Currently completing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management Engineering with plans to obtain a Green Belt certification.
2. Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
3. Dynamic, autonomous, and curious with a desire to engage in innovative projects.
4. Strong team collaboration skills.

1. Proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
2. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in industrial management and lean production is essential.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management Engineering (in progress).
