- Proficiency in HRIS and financial software.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR controlling or compensation and benefits within a corporate setting.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
