1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a managerial HR role within the luxury or manufacturing sector.
3. Strong understanding of Swiss labor laws and HR best practices.

3. Proficiency in HR software and tools.
4. Fluency in English and French; German is a plus.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR position, preferably within the luxury or manufacturing industry.
