1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience in HR management within a corporate setting.
3. Strong understanding of Swiss labor laws and regulations.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Fluency in German and English.

Minimum of 5 years in a senior HR role, preferably within the luxury goods or manufacturing industry.
