3. Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
4. Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to management and staff.
5. Facilitate performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans.
6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR trends.
7. Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational change and development initiatives.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in HR management, preferably within the luxury or manufacturing sector.
3. Strong understanding of Swiss labor laws and HR best practices.

4. Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
