ETA HR Business Unit Manager

- Oversee and manage HR operations within the business unit, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals and enhance employee engagement.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to management and staff.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR trends.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational change and development initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably within the luxury or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of Swiss labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources management role, with a focus on strategic HR functions.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
