1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Professional HR certification is preferred.
3. Proven track record in HR management within a similar industry.

3. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
4. Fluency in German and English; French is an advantage.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably within the luxury goods or manufacturing sector.
