ETA Construction Project Manager

- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of renovation and transformation projects in collaboration with internal and external specialized services.
- Develop comprehensive construction concepts, including strategies, preliminary projects, and studies.
- Design and implement high-quality, individualized solutions aimed at reducing building energy consumption and enhancing energy efficiency.
- Ensure and monitor the achievement of cost, quality, and timeline objectives.
- University degree or EPF in Architecture or Engineering, or a technical background followed by further education as an Architect or Engineer ES.
- Proven experience in executing complex construction projects.
- Expertise in energy solutions and resource optimization.
- Solution and result-oriented work methodology.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Autonomy and initiative.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
- Analytical and synthesis skills with a sense of anticipation.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
Demonstrated experience in managing complex construction projects with a focus on energy solutions and resource optimization.
University degree or EPF in Architecture or Engineering, or equivalent technical education with further training.
