1. Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of renovation and transformation projects in collaboration with internal and external specialized services.
2. Develop comprehensive construction concepts, including strategies, preliminary projects, and studies.
3. Design and implement high-quality individual solutions aimed at reducing building energy consumption and enhancing energy efficiency.
4. Ensure and monitor the achievement of cost, quality, and timeline objectives.

1. University degree or EPF in Architecture or Engineering, or a technical foundation followed by advanced training as an Architect or Engineer ES.
2. Proven experience in executing complex construction projects.
3. Expertise in energy solutions and resource optimization.

Confirmed experience in managing complex construction projects.
