Construction Project Manager

1. Plan, coordinate, and execute renovation and transformation projects in collaboration with internal and external specialized services.
2. Develop general construction concepts, including strategies, preliminary projects, and studies.
3. Create and implement high-quality individual solutions to reduce building energy consumption and improve energy efficiency.
4. Ensure and monitor the implementation of cost, quality, and timeline objectives.

1. University or EPF degree in Architecture or Engineering, or a technical background followed by further education as an Architect or Engineer ES.
2. Proven experience in managing complex construction projects.
3. Expertise in energy solutions and resource optimization.
