ETA Calibration Specialist

The Bettlach facility in the Solothurn canton focuses on plastic technology production for the Swatch business unit, utilizing advanced technologies to manufacture various components for the Swatch Group's attractive products.

1. Manage and calibrate measuring instruments to ensure reliability and traceability.
2. Organize, monitor, and conduct calibrations to meet quality and compliance standards.
3. Assign EC inventory numbers to each testing device.
4. Register devices in the measuring instrument database (GMS).
5. Label devices with calibration stickers and predefined due dates.
6. Monitor the validity of measuring instruments.
7. Ensure traceability of measuring instruments through calibration activities.
8. Organize and plan device calibrations.
9. Conduct internal calibrations according to ETA procedures.
10. Create reports for internal calibrations.
11. Remove non-compliant devices and ensure their revision or replacement.
12. Perform minor maintenance on devices.
13. Conduct measurement programs with 1D to 2.5D measuring instruments.

1. Proficiency in basic IT tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word.

At least 4 years of confirmed experience in the field of measurements.

Basic technical training (Polymechanic / Watchmaker EFZ or equivalent).
