Calibration Specialist

ETA SA Manufacture Horlogère Suisse is a part of the Swatch Group, the largest watchmaking group in the world with 17 renowned brands and highly specialized production companies in watchmaking and other industrial sectors. The Bettlach factory in Switzerland is dedicated to the technical production of plastic materials for the Swatch Business Unit, utilizing the most modern technologies to manufacture diverse components for the Swatch Group's attractive products.

1. Manage and calibrate measurement equipment, ensuring reliability and traceability.
2. Organize, monitor, and perform calibrations to meet quality and compliance standards.
3. Assign inventory numbers for each control equipment.
4. Record each equipment in the measurement database – GMS.
5. Assign calibration stickers with predefined deadlines, if necessary.
6. Ensure periodic validity checks of measurement equipment.
7. Guarantee traceability of measurement tools through calibration activities.
8. Organize and plan equipment calibration.
9. Perform internal calibrations according to procedures (ETA).
10. Establish protocols for internal calibrations.
11. Remove non-compliant devices for revision or replacement.
12. Perform minor maintenance on equipment when possible.
13. Conduct measurement programs on devices from 1D to 2.5D.

1. Basic technical training (e.g., polymecanician / watchmaker CFC or equivalent).
2. At least 4 years of confirmed experience in the measurement field.

4. Proficiency in basic computer tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
