1. Plan and coordinate procurement processes for manufacturing parts and standardized mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical components for new unit machines and assembly lines.
2. Monitor and follow up on delivery schedules and non-conformities.
3. Request quotes, compare, and strategically select preferred suppliers.
4. Monitor and evaluate current suppliers.
5. Research and evaluate new suppliers.
6. Conduct supplier benchmarking.
7. Perform final cost studies for updating actual costs during assembly realization.
8. Manage article-supplier data in SAP.
9. Establish and follow up on internal purchase requests.
10. Perform various administrative and operational tasks for the Automation department.

1. Experience in Automation, Assembly Systems, or Special Machine Construction.
2. Mastery of enterprise management tools (SAP) and procurement processes.
3. Proficiency in office tools.
4. Ability to take responsibility and initiative.
5. Analytical and synthesis skills.
6. Good pressure management.
7. Strong communication skills.

1. Proficiency in French or German with very good knowledge of the other language.

Ideally, a postgraduate degree or significant experience in supplier management and purchasing of mechanical parts.

Training as a polymechanic, mechanical draftsman/designer, or commercial employee with a strong technical or purchasing link.
