1. Plan and coordinate procurement processes for manufacturing parts and standardized mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical components for new unitary machines and assembly lines.
2. Monitor and track delivery schedules and non-conformities.
3. Conduct requests for quotations, perform comparisons, and strategically select preferred suppliers.
4. Monitor and evaluate current suppliers.
5. Research and assess potential new suppliers.
6. Conduct supplier benchmarking.
7. Perform cost analysis for updating actual costs during assembly execution.
8. Manage article-supplier data in SAP.
9. Establish and track internal purchase requests.
10. Execute various administrative and operational tasks for the Automation department.

1. Experience in Automation, Assembly Systems, or Special Machine Construction.
2. Proficiency in enterprise management tools (SAP) and procurement processes.
3. Proficiency in office software.
4. Ability to assume responsibilities and take initiatives.
5. Analytical and synthesizing mindset.
6. Effective under pressure.
7. Strong communication skills.

1. Proficiency in French or German with excellent knowledge of the other language.

Experience in supplier management and procurement of mechanical parts, ideally with a postgraduate qualification or substantial experience in the field.

Training as a polymechanic, mechanical constructor/designer, or commercial employee with a strong technical or procurement focus.
