- Direct the movement of all merchandise entering and exiting the store, ensuring adherence to shipping and receiving policies.
- Maintain inventory in an organized, secure, and efficient manner.
- Support sales staff by retrieving stock not displayed on the sales floor.
- Anticipate and address merchandise maintenance needs, providing proactive solutions to storage issues.
- Ensure all merchandise is properly ticketed.
- Assist with visual merchandising and operational needs, including the movement and storage of fixtures and props.
- Participate in store maintenance, coordinating cleaning and repairs as needed.
- Contribute to the preparation and completion of inventory counts and reconciliations.
- Handle inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments in accordance with policies.
- Complete paperwork related to inventory maintenance accurately.
- Prepare and package client merchandise to the highest standards.
- Oversee the client delivery process, including troubleshooting delivery issues.
- Document client deliveries and track merchandise as necessary.
- Assist other departments or on the sales floor as requested by the Store Manager.
- Minimum of two years of experience in inventory management or shipping and receiving, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work under firm deadlines
- Self-starter with excellent time-management skills
Beginner level experience in inventory management or related fields, ideally within the luxury sector.
