1. Provide a personalized client experience, building and nurturing strong client relationships.
2. Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
3. Utilize product knowledge to enhance sales, increase units sold per transaction, and maximize transaction value.
4. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
5. Gather and input customer information into the client relationship management system.
6. Promote store events through various communication channels including email and phone.
7. Maintain and expand a comprehensive client book.
8. Consistently follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
9. Assist in maintaining the store's image and general housekeeping duties.
10. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum of two years of retail sales experience in a luxury ready-to-wear environment.

1. Passion for fashion and the luxury goods industry.
2. Outstanding interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in various software packages.
4. Experience with advanced clienteling and consignment.

Candidates should possess at least two years of experience in retail sales within a luxury environment, particularly in ready-to-wear fashion.
