- Coordinate with the logistics team to optimize merchandise flow and delivery according to client needs and delivery schedules.
- Provide support to credit and accounting teams concerning customer credit or payment issues.
- Handle incoming communications from customers efficiently.
- Collaborate with the product and production departments for specific customer product requests.
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Deliver accurate and comprehensive information by providing the most suitable solutions.
- Manage and resolve any disputes that may arise.
- Update and manage international price lists in accordance with exchange rates.
- Oversee and review orders from receipt to shipment.
- Supervise the order loading process during and after sales campaigns, including client registrations, order confirmations, and cancellations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion industry and international markets.
- Proficiency in delivery processes, including e-commerce.
- Strong customer-centric approach.
- Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Adaptability to work in a complex and fast-paced organization.
- Result-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in Italian and excellent command of English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with AS 400 and Stealth 3K systems.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within the fashion industry and international markets.
