1. Coordinate with the logistics team to optimize merchandise flow and delivery schedules for B2B clients.
2. Provide support to credit and accounting teams regarding customer credit or payment issues.
3. Manage incoming communications from customers, addressing inquiries and complaints.
4. Collaborate with product and production departments for specific customer requests.
5. Identify and evaluate customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts through effective communication.
7. Deliver accurate and complete information, offering the most suitable solutions.
8. Handle and resolve any disputes or litigation that may arise.
9. Update international price lists periodically, aligning with exchange rates.
10. Conduct analyses and generate reports on sales activities.
11. Oversee order management from receipt to shipment.
12. Manage the order loading process during and after sales campaigns, including client registrations and order confirmations.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion industry and international markets.
2. Comprehensive understanding of delivery processes, including e-commerce.
