5. Collect and input customer information into the client relationship management system.
6. Promote store events through various communication channels.
7. Maintain and expand a client book.
8. Follow up consistently on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
9. Assist in maintaining store image and general housekeeping.
10. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control tasks as needed.

1. Minimum of two years of retail sales experience in a luxury environment.
2. Passion for fashion and the luxury goods industry.
3. Outstanding interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in computer software applications.
5. Experience with advanced clienteling and consignment.
