- Deliver a personalized client experience and cultivate strong client relationships.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
- Utilize product knowledge to enhance sales and increase transaction value.
- Compile and manage customer information within the client relationship management system.
- Promote store events through various communication channels.
- Maintain and expand a comprehensive client book.
- Ensure follow-up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
- Assist in maintaining store appearance and general housekeeping.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control tasks as needed.
- Minimum of two years of retail sales experience in a luxury environment.
- Demonstrated passion for fashion and the luxury goods industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and software packages.
- Experience with advanced clienteling and consignment.
