1. Provide personalized client experiences and build strong client relationships.
2. Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
3. Utilize product knowledge to enhance sales and increase transaction value.
4. Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures.
5. Collect and input customer information into the client relationship management system.
6. Promote store events through various communication channels.
7. Expand and maintain a comprehensive client book.
8. Ensure follow-up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
9. Assist in maintaining store image and general housekeeping duties.
10. Support inventory control, shipping, and receiving as needed.

1. Minimum of three years of retail sales experience in a luxury environment.
2. Demonstrated passion for fashion and the luxury goods industry.
3. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in using various software packages.
5. Experience with advanced clienteling and consignment practices.
