- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

- Utilize product knowledge to enhance sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
- Gather and input customer information into the client relationship management system.
- Promote store events through various communication channels.
- Maintain and expand a client book.
- Follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
- Assist in maintaining the store's image and general housekeeping.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Minimum of three years of retail sales experience in a luxury environment.
- Passion for fashion and the luxury goods industry.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using various software packages.
- Experience with advanced clienteling and consignment.
- Sales expertise in luxury retail.
