1. Research, develop, and present innovative designs consistent with the brief.
2. Collaborate with the Head of Design to establish key creative directions each season.
3. Develop designs through draping and sketching, demonstrating technical garment construction knowledge.
4. Lead fittings and ensure sketches are defined and developed by the team.
5. Understand the Pucci customer and brand positioning through market research.
6. Support fabric research and color card inspiration, overseeing the creative fabric-to-sketch process.
7. Work closely with the Art Director and attend inter-department meetings to ensure timely development.
8. Collaborate with key departments to align the collection with the Design Director's vision.
9. Maintain a close working relationship with Product Development and Materials teams.
10. Travel to Bologna San Lazzaro and external suppliers for fittings and sampling oversight as needed.
11. Provide clear directives and feedback to the team.
12. Adhere to design calendar timelines and ensure design boards meet deadlines.

1. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in designing RTW for a luxury fashion company.

1. Strong illustration skills, proficient in Procreate and Adobe Suite.
2. Exceptional draping skills.
3. Ability to build positive and collaborative environments.
4. Strong leadership and influencing skills.
5. Fluent in English; proficiency in French and Italian is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in designing ready-to-wear collections for a luxury fashion brand.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
