8. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

10. Oversee all store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
11. Implement and maintain inventory control measures to minimize losses and optimize stock levels.
12. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of merchandise.
13. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
14. Recruit, train, and develop store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
15. Manage employee performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
16. Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively.
17. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
18. Maintain regular communication with the Retail Director, providing updates on store performance, challenges, and opportunities.
19. Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Retail Director and other stakeholders.
20. Communicate company initiatives and goals to store staff, ensuring alignment and understanding.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.
3. Proven track record of driving sales and achieving business objectives.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
6. In-depth knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising, and HR practices.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
9. Fluency in Italian and English (French or any other foreign language is a plus).
