- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability across all stores.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage store budgets, control expenses, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ensure that all stores provide exceptional customer service, creating a memorable and personalized shopping experience.
- Support the creation and implementation of activities through the clientelling app.
- Monitor and evaluate quality of client interactions to ensure consistency across all stores.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Oversee all store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Implement and maintain inventory control measures to minimize losses and optimize stock levels.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of merchandise.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage employee performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
- Maintain regular communication with the Retail Director, providing updates on store performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Retail Director and other stakeholders.
- Communicate company initiatives and goals to store staff, ensuring alignment and understanding.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving business objectives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising, and HR practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
- Fluency in Italian and English (French or any other foreign language is a plus).
