- Create and maintain master data for raw materials, accessories and price lists.
- Raise purchase orders and manage the full order lifecycle: confirmations, expediting, follow-ups and adjustments.
- Prepare and circulate production and material planning (order schedules, arrivals, cuts, samples, production timetables).
- Create and manage semi‑finished goods and process blind orders for greige and printed fabrics.
- Coordinate communications with printing plants and manage relationships with print suppliers.
- Collect and maintain material technical datasheets in collaboration with Quality Control.
- Support the industrial platform in resolving supply issues and missing components.
- Assess replenishment needs for production, logistics and storage; monitor stock and lead times.
- Oversee material testing activities together with textile Quality Control.
- Produce ad hoc analyses and management reports on procurement metrics and supplier performance.
- Minimum three years' experience in purchasing within a structured manufacturing or fashion environment.
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier relationships.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to shifting priorities and pace.
- Highly accurate and detail‑oriented approach to order and data management.

At least 3 years of procurement/purchasing experience, preferably within a structured fashion or textile manufacturing environment, with exposure to supplier management, order planning and material specifications.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Textile/Fashion Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
