1. Create and manage raw material and accessory records and price lists.
2. Generate supplier orders, manage and expedite orders, and prepare, manage, and send order and arrival plans for materials, cuts, samples, and production.
3. Create and manage semi-finished products.
4. Process blind orders for raw and printed materials.
5. Communicate with and manage printing equipment suppliers.
6. Collect technical material sheets with the Quality Control Manager.
7. Support the industrial platform in resolving supply and shortage issues.
8. Identify replenishment needs for production and logistics and storage requirements.
9. Manage material tests with the fabric Quality Control Manager.
10. Prepare analyses and reports as requested by management.

1. Experience in a structured purchasing function is preferred.
2. Strong negotiation and bargaining skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to changing speeds.
4. Precision and accuracy.

1. Fluent in English.
2. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
3. Knowledge of Stealth 3000.
4. Familiarity with Kubix-Lectra (PLM) is advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
