2. Manage logistics partners, including depots and warehouses.
3. Plan and oversee inbound and outbound activities, coordinating with internal stakeholders and logistics partners.
4. Manage forwarding agents for both online and offline sales, including identifying new partners, negotiating contracts, and supervising related services and processes.
5. Supervise and support customs practices in coordination with Customer Care and external agencies.
6. Oversee budgets for logistics partners and forwarding agents.
7. Implement and perform sales analysis and reporting for retail, franchising, and e-commerce.
8. Ensure compliance with import, export, and customs regulations.

1. University degree in Economics or Engineering.
2. 5 to 7 years of experience in logistics operations within Retail or Omnichannel sectors.
