1. Lead the development of new technologies for integrated circuit manufacturing.
2. Define and adapt test structures to evaluate process responses and device characteristics.
3. Analyze and interpret characterization results to derive process improvements.
4. Collaborate with process engineers to provide guidance for process optimization.
5. Own the technology-related design and generation rules.

1. Master's degree in Science or Engineering.
2. Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, with practical experience in lithography, etch, and metrology.

1. Strong motivation in IC manufacturing technology development.
2. Solid background in IC manufacturing and process integration.
3. Experience with embedded-NVM, TCAD process and device simulations, and/or spice device modeling is advantageous.
4. Hands-on experience with test structures interpretation and conception.
5. Proficiency in statistical data analysis and problem-solving techniques.
6. Strong initiative and self-learning capabilities.
7. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.

A minimum of 5-8 years in a similar position, ideally with practical experience in lithography, etch, and metrology.

Master's degree in Science or Engineering.
