1. Develop technologies for integrated circuit manufacturing.
2. Participate in establishing new technology foundations and define test structures for process and device performance evaluation.
3. Propose improvements and assist engineers in process optimizations.
4. Engage in initial technology conception and specification, including design rules and process architecture.
5. Define mask generation equations and assume ownership of technology-related design and generation rules.

1. Master's degree in Science or Engineering.
2. Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, with practical experience in lithography, etch, and metrology areas.
3. Strong understanding of both design and manufacturing environments.

1. Strong motivation for all aspects of technology development related to IC manufacturing.
2. Solid background in IC manufacturing, process integration, and device physics.
3. Experience with embedded non-volatile memory (NVM) is advantageous.
4. Hands-on experience with test structure interpretation and conception, with layout skills preferred.
5. Familiarity with statistical data analysis and problem-solving techniques.
6. Strong personal initiative and self-learning capabilities.
7. Ability to work in a multicultural, international, and highly technical environment.
8. Highly motivated, flexible, and communicative team player.

5-8 years of experience in a similar position, ideally with practical experience in lithography, etch, and metrology areas.

Master's degree in Science or Engineering.
