Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and team members on product specifications and device concepts/architecture.
- Perform state-of-the-art ultra-low power design implementation.
- Support the transition from design to high-volume manufacturing, working closely with process development engineers to meet product requirements.
- Ensure the product meets the requirements, passes the qualification, and satisfies customer needs.
- Work with teams across sites in the US, Prague, and Bangkok, and other Business Units to improve synergy on methodologies and share best practices.
- Establish and promote good practices, design bricks, and rules for development and validation.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (or higher) in Electronic Engineering.
- Several years of low-power electronic design experience.
- Expertise in low-power hardware design and architecture, particularly with wireless IoT chipsets and low-power sensor technologies.
Skills
- Low-power HW design/architecture experience with integration of the latest in wireless IoT chipsets and low-power sensor technologies.
- Expertise in Digital & Analog electronic design.
- Experience and understanding of PCB technology, mechanical and electrical design, materials selection, and embedded software.
- Good understanding of industrialization and production constraints.
- Experience in design of RF circuits including antenna matching and filter networks.
- Hands-on lab experience with the latest state-of-the-art equipment.
- Experience with worldwide wireless product certification.
- Strong customer interaction skills and experience.
- Strong understanding of wireless systems and communication protocols, such as Bluetooth Low-Energy.
Experience Requirements
Several years of low-power electronic design experience with a focus on wireless IoT chipsets and low-power sensor technologies.
Education Requirements
Master's degree (or higher) in Electronic Engineering.
