1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.
3. Manage complex employee relations issues and conduct effective investigations.
4. Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
5. Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
6. Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.

1. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
2. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
3. Experience in the luxury fashion or beauty industry is preferred.

3. Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a business partner capacity.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
