Polishing Workshop Specialist

- Support and unite the polishing team by ensuring integration, versatility, and continuous technical training of employees while maintaining a positive and motivating work environment.
- Plan and organize work by balancing positions and coordinating teams, relying on scheduling and delivery deadlines in collaboration with scheduling, quality, and the manager.
- Monitor and regularly report performance indicators (safety, quality, deadlines, cost, personnel) to the manager.
- Manage trial days and integration of new colleagues and interns, including evaluation, integration, training, and support.
- Identify, communicate, and participate in resolving quality issues in collaboration with the quality department and the manager.
- Collaborate closely with the workshop manager on quality feedback, potential conflicts, annual evaluations, and updates to the versatility matrix.
- Propose performance improvements (range, ergonomics, flow, methods, tools, quality) and participate in various improvement projects (5R/5S/Continuous Improvement).
- Holder of a CFC in Watchmaking Finishing or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in production organization, cross-functional team management, and quality
- Additional training in management is a plus
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Persuasive and comfortable in interactions
- Committed, rigorous, with strong analytical skills and natural leadership
Confirmed experience in an industrial environment, with knowledge of watchmaking finishing being a plus.
