Polishing Workshop Specialist

1. Support and unite the polishing team by ensuring integration, versatility, and continuous technical training of employees while maintaining a positive and motivating work environment.
2. Plan and organize work by balancing positions and coordinating teams, relying on scheduling and delivery deadlines in collaboration with scheduling, quality, and the manager.
3. Monitor and regularly report performance indicators (safety, quality, deadlines, cost, personnel) to the manager.
4. Manage trial days and integration of new colleagues and interns, including evaluation, integration, training, and support.
5. Identify, communicate, and participate in resolving quality issues in collaboration with the quality department and the manager.
6. Collaborate closely with the workshop manager on quality feedback, potential conflicts, annual evaluations, and updates to the versatility matrix.
7. Propose performance improvements (range, ergonomics, flow, methods, tools, quality) and participate in various improvement projects (5R/5S/Continuous Improvement).

1. Holder of a CFC in Watchmaking Finishing or equivalent qualification
2. Minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in production organization, cross-functional team management, and quality
3. Additional training in management is a plus

Confirmed experience in an industrial environment, with knowledge of watchmaking finishing being a plus.
