Machining Workshop Technical Specialist

- Support and unite the machining team by ensuring integration, versatility, and continuous technical training of employees while maintaining a positive and motivating work environment.
- Plan and organize work by coordinating teams in line with scheduling and delivery deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with programmers and industrialization project managers during the development of new products.
- Monitor and report performance indicators (safety, quality, deadlines, cost, personnel) to the supervisor.
- Manage trial days and integration of new colleagues and interns, including evaluation, training, and support.
- Identify, communicate, and participate in resolving quality issues.
- Work closely with the workshop supervisor to report quality information and potential conflicts.
- Propose performance improvements and participate in various improvement projects.
- Holder of a CFC in Polymechanics/Production Mechanics or equivalent qualification.
- Essential experience in an industrial environment with knowledge of mechanized polishing, milling, and turning.
- Confirmed first experience (minimum 5 years) in production organization, cross-functional employee management, and quality.
- Good communicator and team player.
- Engaged, rigorous, with strong analytical skills and natural leadership.
