1. Support and unite the machining team by ensuring integration, versatility, and continuous technical training of employees while maintaining a positive and motivating work environment.
2. Plan and organize work by coordinating teams in line with scheduling and delivery deadlines.
3. Collaborate closely with programmers and industrialization project managers during the development of new products.
4. Monitor and report performance indicators (safety, quality, deadlines, cost, personnel) to the supervisor.
5. Manage trial days and integration of new colleagues and interns, including evaluation, training, and support.
6. Identify, communicate, and participate in resolving quality issues.
7. Work closely with the workshop supervisor to report quality information and potential conflicts.
8. Propose performance improvements and participate in various improvement projects.

1. Holder of a CFC in Polymechanics/Production Mechanics or equivalent qualification.
2. Essential experience in an industrial environment with knowledge of mechanized polishing, milling, and turning.
3. Confirmed first experience (minimum 5 years) in production organization, cross-functional employee management, and quality.
